Andy’s Introduction to the real estate industry began in early 2002 just after signing a contract for his first home to be built. At that point, Andy learned the importance of homeownership and that over the long term; real estate would always be a solid investment. Although he wasn’t convinced before his purchase, he owed it to a wonderful sales agent that helped open his eyes to the VALUE that owning a home would provide.



Shortly after, Andy successfully completed his required real estate education and passed the state exam. He began his real estate career with a local boutique office located in Suntree, FL in June of 2002.



After a very successful introduction Andy had a wonderful feeling of accomplishment from helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. As the market continued to grow and values appreciated Andy joined forces with a National Home Builder on a local level and became a multi-million dollar top producing sales associate in St. Lucie County, FL.  Andy was acknowledged not only for his sales but for his level of customer service and satisfaction.



While representing the new home builder Andy developed a great understanding and appreciation for the new home industry as well as the building process and all the benefits associated with owning a NEW home.



In late 2005 Andy and his partner Maribel moved to Vero Beach. It wasn’t long before they had realized that Vero Beach was truly an undiscovered treasure.  Andy has been assisting home buyers and home sellers in Indian River County for the past seven years.



Andy prides himself for his extensive local knowledge and understanding of our changing market conditions, paying attention to details, Andy listens to his client’s wants and needs and always provides the facts so an informed decision can be made.



Andy’s experience goes well beyond listing and selling homes, he has also listed and sold many REO properties, worked with asset management companies and completed hundreds of bpos (broker price opinions) over the past four years which has helped contribute to his success.



Andy is a member of the Realtors Association of Indian River County and the National Association of Realtors as well as the Indian River Chamber of Commerce. Contributions include Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and The Children’s Miracle Network.



Andy is also a proud father to his two sons and enjoys the fine line of balance between work and family.
